one of bollywood's best, and also a gem among today's films. the story is careful, cohesive, and never once goes on a sidequest that is irrelevant to the plot. films that don't have deliberate fanservice are among my favs, and this delivered. as a humanities kid myself, i was touched and made anxious seeing the process and struggles of a upsc aspirant, so much so that it sat w me long into the night after i finished the movie and even in my dreams. it's a surefire way to get you motivated to study. the last scene has the best payoff, esp after seeing the main protagonist struggle sm. dare i say, it even made me emotional. the film does an excellent job of capturing the atmosphere of the situation, as is evident by the interview scene. loved this movie—would highly recommend.
